Another day at the mission office:) Dad spent his time talking to the APs, learning about the things they have been doing, cars, etc. (A dozen new cars arrived yesterday...I even helped drive one of them to where they would be dispatched!) He found a "perfect" apartment for the missionaries in Lebanon... only to be told a few hours later that they had changed plans and wouldn't be needing an apartment there:(. Oh well... All in all I think he learned a Lot today!
As for me...I did more baptism entries (apparently the average # of baptisms is about 60 in the mission!) and then worked on learning how to work with pictures and e-mails on the PC:). They send an e-mail out to the parents of all the newly arrived missionaries with pictures attached of (1) the group that arrived, (2) the missionary with the Mission president and his wife, and (3) the missionary and his trainer. Kind of a nice thing to do I think. Took us a lot of time because the sister I was working with didn't know how to resize the pictures so that all could be on one e-mail, but another sister in the office did, so we did a lot of experimenting until we learned how to get it done on the computer we were working on, then a lot more time re-sizing all of the pictures that had been taken yesterday, and finally sent out the e-mails. I got pretty fast at that by the time we finished...so maybe there is hope for me:)?
Now we are driving home... Miss you all and wish I could be visiting with every single one of you! My home school materials sale starts in the morning... need to finish cleaning up the futon and be ready for that.
Love, Mom O
