Hello again. While sitting in the office of my massage therapist (she is working on my legs, hopefully making them work better:), I decided to copy the following notes off the board there. The Title was: Best Protection for Your Body Against Flu Virus:
* wash hands
* avoid crowds
* eat nutrition-dense foods
* rest well - no late nights
* "no negative vibes" - calm emotions
* keep exercising - 30 minutes daily, aerobic
* clean your livers (reduce to xins & stress + aids body in healing fast)
* drink water
* up the healthy flora in intestines
*eat chili peppers - they kill viruses
Just thought I would share. I think I can do most of them... but probably not the chili peppers. Although I understand you can buy capsican ( spelling might be wrong, but it is the hot ingredient in chili peppers that is supposed to be what is good for you) in capsules at the health food stores... hmmmm.
